Executive Leadership Educator and Author
I have over 30 years’ executive leadership development experience. During this time, I have worked with thousands of executive and senior leaders around the world to improve their skills and performance. Currently, I deliver leadership programmes at Said Business School, University of Oxford and the United Nations.
I am also an Honorary Professor at Adam Smith Business School, University of Glasgow, where I chair the Leadership Forum that brings together leaders and academics to explore and discuss key leadership topics.
Prior to this, I held senior organisational development and leadership positions at Motorola and Royal Bank of Scotland, the latter involving a partnership with Harvard Business School.
In the classroom, I specialise in teaching leaders the importance of critical reflection, leveraging the power of doubt, and improving the art of asking the right questions. I have written a book that explores the latter which will be released soon.
